Big fat burritos stuffed with seasoned beef, rice, beans, guac, creamy chipotle sauce and plenty of melted cheese!
Takeout burritos seem to be all over the place these days, but it’s so easy to make absolutely amazing burritos at home! These are super simple beef burritos with the main ingredient being either barbacoa ground beef or taco seasoned beef, both of which are super easy to make! You can use your favourite burrito fillings and mine typically include: rice, bean or refried beans, cheese (or cheese sauce), avocado (or guacamole), and chipotle sauce. No matter how you stuff them, these beef burritos are quick and easy to make, they reheat well, and they are the perfect food to grab and eat on the go!
