A creamy and smoky chipotle chili sauce that’s packed with flavour!
Chipotle mayo, the simple combination of chipotle chilies in adobo sauce mixed into mayonnaise, is one of my favourite condiments and this is a kicked up version with added seasonings! Chipotle chilies have an amazing warm smokiness to them that pairs beautifully with cool and creamy mayonnaise! This version adds paprika, cumin, onion and garlic powder, cilantro and lime juice making it even better! Chipotle sauce is the perfect condiment for dipping fries into, slathering over bread and buns for sandwiches, stuffing into burritos, etc.
