Between blockbuster films and video games, Dune has made a big comeback over the last couple of years. If you’re looking to explore Arrakis but from the comfort of your table, you can check out this discount on Amazon for the Dune RPG Core Rulebook from Modiphius Entertainment, as it just got a massive 67% discount. Normally $60, you can grab this for $20, but only while stocks last in this limited-time deal.
Set during the end of the Imperium in Dune, this TTRPG offers a narrative-heavy approach to gaming set during the years that Paul Atreides rose to power. The Imperium is still a hostile arena wherein noble Houses battle each other for supremacy, and you’ll need to establish your own House that can help you carve out a place in the universe as you fight for the Imperial throne. The game lets you assume the roles of elite agents working for noble Houses and other factions.
The Dune RPG Core Rulebook contains all the guidelines for novice and experienced gamemasters on how to run Dune-themed adventures and campaigns, rules for creating a noble House of your own, systems for architect play, and there’s an introductory adventure designed to get players up and running quickly.
If you’re planning to be the game master, you can also pair this with the Dune RPG Gamemaster’s Toolkit, a bundle that includes a four-panel decorated screen, a 32-page booklet offering gamemaster support, and scenarios for you to customize for your players. Normally $35, it’s on sale for $24 right now.
