The hardcover volume features a unique cover design, foil stamping, stained edges, and a ribbon bookmark, making it one of the most premium versions of The Hobbit on the market. However, you’ll also find The Hobbit Deluxe Illustrated arriving on October 22. This $195 tome is seeing an early preorder discount, bringing it to just $151. Along with a different hardcover design, it comes with an exclusive slipcase and features dozens of drawings from the author scattered throughout its pages.
