We know Thanksgiving hasn’t come and gone yet — let alone Halloween — but getting those advent calendars in now is still a great idea. It’s simply smart buying. They debut early, the current demand is low and they’re frequently on sale waaaayyyy before it even starts feeling like December.
Take this Lego deal, for example. You can now take 20% off two of Lego’s most popular annual products, including the Star Wars 2024 and Lego Friends 2024 (note: NOT the show) advent calendars. That’s a fantastic deal whether you’re a nostalgic Lego fan, a (grand)parent, someone who adores an assortment of tiny presents (who doesn’t?) or a massive collecting nerd like me.
For the uninitiated, advent calendars count down the days to Christmas and involve opening a new door or compartment each day to unveil a tiny present. In the case of these Lego advent calendars, those small gifts are themed mini figures and micro builds.
The Lego Friends 2024 advent calendar is based on the Lego Friends property, generally highlighting friendship and adventure through doll-like figures and set pieces. With this calendar, you get a snowy Christmas Day backdrop and 24 days of Lego, including five characters, two animals and several mini-builds.
The Star Wars 2024 advent calendar — the reason why we’re all here — is much meatier. It has a snowy Star Wars-themed backdrop and includes 18 mini builds and six mini figures. This includes small vehicles and spacecraft, like the iconic AT-AT and X-Wing, holiday-themed Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, a 501st Clone Trooper, a Praetorian Guard, and a Super Battle Droid.
Both calendars are recommended for ages 6+ and are packed with fun collectibles.
Take advantage of these deals today and read on for a few (early) promising reviews of the Star Wars advent calendar below. And don’t slack — according to Amazon, over 70,000 Star Wars calendars were purchased within the last month, so we can’t imagine this deal will last long!

“My son has gotten one every year for Christmas and he loves it. He makes sure we get him one every year.he is now 11 and asked if we got it yet.” — Heather W
“Lego Advent Calendars are a fun way to create life long memories and get the kids into the Christmas spirit. The Lego Advent Calendar’s have been a staple in my families Christmas celebrations since my son has been a little boy. Each day you get to open up a little door that has a Christmas themed build or minifigure. It brings me such joy to watch my son wake up everyday and run right to his calendar, open the door and complete his build. In fact I like it a little to much our Lego Advent Calendar fun starts the day after Halloween. We buy a few different themes and start the count down on November 1st.” — Robert Reily
