Rohit Boda, a businessman and director at JB Boda Group, is one of India’s leading names in reinsurance broking. He has caught the attention of car enthusiasts and business circles with his extravagant birthday gift to himself: the newly launched McLaren 750S Spider.
Known for his passion for luxury automobiles, Boda chose the Elite Ice Silver shade for his McLaren, a rare and eye-catching colour that perfectly matches the sleek design and high-performance nature of the supercar. The vehicle was delivered through McLaren Mumbai, marking it as the third McLaren to be handed over in just one week, a testament to the growing popularity of the brand in India.
McLaren Mumbai shared a video of the grand delivery on its official Instagram handle, giving fans a glimpse into the celebratory moment. The video captures Rohit walking into the showroom with his family and close friends, greeted by the sight of the supercar under a satin veil, illuminated and decorated for the occasion. As he unveils the car, the excitement in the room is palpable. After receiving the key to his new machine, Rohit posed for pictures with his family beside the car, capturing the milestone moment with loved ones.
Know More About McLaren 750S Spider
McLaren’s 750S Spider is among the most anticipated supercars in India, combining cutting-edge engineering with luxurious craftsmanship. Priced at Rs 5.91 crore (ex-showroom), the convertible is a part of the brand’s elite portfolio alongside models like the Artura, Artura Spider and the McLaren GTS. The 750S Spider stands out not just for its aggressive performance but also for its personalisation options. Customers can choose from four unique exterior colour themes—Standard, Racing Inspired, Elite and MSO. Rohit Boda opted for the Elite palette, suggesting a taste for exclusivity and sophistication.
While McLaren offers three distinct interior trims for the 750S Spider—Full Alcantara, Performance and TechLux—it remains unconfirmed which one Boda selected. However, past Instagram uploads hint that he may have chosen the Full Alcantara package. This option is known for its sporty yet refined appeal, featuring soft-touch materials, ergonomic comfort and an overall immersive driving environment that matches the vehicle’s performance-driven identity.
The 750S Spider is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine (M840T) that churns out an incredible 750 PS of power and 800 Nm of torque. This mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive beast is mated to a 7-speed transmission and promises breathtaking acceleration. The car can rocket from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, while the 200 km/h mark is achieved in a mere 7.3 seconds. With a top speed of 332 km/h, this convertible is not just about looks, it delivers pure and unfiltered speed.
Inside Rohit Boda’s Million-Dollar Car Collection
Rohit Boda’s McLaren 750S Spider joins an already impressive fleet of high-end vehicles. His multi-crore car garage includes a Ferrari 296 GTS, Lamborghini Huracán Spyder, Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, BMW iX and a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. While some vehicles in his collection—like the Maybach and the iX—are appreciated for their comfort and practicality on congested Mumbai streets, others, such as the Ferrari and Lamborghini, showcase his love for high-performance speed machines. Interestingly, despite his current taste in luxury cars, Rohit’s very first vehicle was a Maruti Suzuki Swift—showing how far his automotive journey has come.
Two particularly noteworthy entries in Rohit’s collection are the Ferrari 296 GTS and the Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD Spyder.
Launched in India in May 2023 at an ex-showroom price of Rs 6.24 crore, the Ferrari 296 GTS is the convertible sibling of the 296 GTB. It runs on a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6-based hybrid powertrain producing a jaw-dropping 830 hp and 740 Nm of torque. The car accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and delivers an electrifying driving experience.
On the other hand, the Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD Spyder—launched in 2021 at Rs 3.54 crore—features a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine, producing 610 hp and 560 Nm. It achieves 0–100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 324 km/h, making it a thrilling ride on open roads. Both vehicles reflect Rohit’s deep appreciation for automotive engineering and performance.
Rohit Boda is more than just a car enthusiast, he’s also an emerging social media personality. With nearly 10,000 followers on Instagram, he consistently shares glimpses of his luxury lifestyle, supercar collection and entrepreneurial journey. His content resonates with fans who admire a blend of high-speed thrills and business success.
