Special Train to Operate on Patna-Arrah-Anand Vihar Route for New Year, Check Schedule

As 2023 is about to end in a few days, and a lot of people will soon start traveling across the country via trains to celebrate New Year and Christmas with their family. To provide a better travel experience on the Delhi-Patna route, the Railway Authority is gearing up to run a special train, which will provide a seamless service from Patna and Arrah to Anand Vihar, making it less crowded for the public.

It has been reported that the service will kickstart 17th December, and will continue till the end of this month.

Special Train Schedule

Those who are planning to travel on the above route, can enjoy the service on train number 02351/02352 Patna-Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Special (Clone Sampoorna Kranti), and train number 03227/03228 Ara-Anand Vihar-Ara Express Special.

The special train will be equipped with 01 coaches of 1AC, 02 coaches of 2AC, 02 coaches of 3AC, 05 coaches of 3E, 06 sleeper class, and 03 coaches of ordinary class.

It has been informed that the train no. 02351 Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast Special will be operated on selected days. It will run on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday a week. It will leave the station at 16.00 hrs, and will reach at Anand Vihar station at 06.00 hrs the next day. While on return, the train no. 02352 will depart from the Anand Vihar station at 08.00 hrs, and reach Patna at 21.55 hrs on the same day.

To note, the return train journey will be operational on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only,

Special Train from Ara to Anand Vihar

To make it easy for the public, who are traveling from Ara to Anand Vihar, an Ara-Anand Vihar Superfast Special will be operated on the route. It will depart from Ara at 15.45 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The same will arrive at Anand Vihar at 09.30 hrs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, starting from December 19 to December 30.

The special train will be having 11 sleeper class and 11 general class coaches.
